How do I return my order?

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number. Then, select start your return.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once submitted, we will review your request and email you with the outcome. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Am I able to return my order?

  • You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Refunds are based on the item price paid, minus any discounts applied at checkout.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

When will my return be processed?

  • Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. You will receive an email notifying you if the return has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I have to pay for my return?

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us.
  • Please use a tracked shipping service. We are unable to process refunds for returns without proof of delivery.
  • Original shipping costs and import duties/taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • For international returns, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods" on the customs form and include your order number.
