At PALETTE PROTOTYPE, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, with reliable shipping and hassle-free returns. Below, you'll find all the details about our delivery options, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and our return process.

Delivery Information

Free Shipping Information

  • Free UK Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom over £100.
  • Free US Shipping: We offer free shipping on all US orders over $99.
  • Free International Shipping: For other international customers, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination.

UK Orders: Estimated 48 hours.

To Europe:

  • France: 3-7 days
  • Germany: 4-8 days
  • Netherlands: 3-8 days
  • Italy: 4-10 days
  • Spain: 4-10 days
  • Switzerland: 4-7 days
  • Other European countries: 4-12 days

To North America:

  • USA: 7-12 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 days

To Rest of the World:

  • Australia: 5-12 days
  • Japan: 5-12 days
  • South Korea: 7-12 days
  • Singapore: 5-9 days
  • Other destinations: 5-14 days

Ireland: 2 days

Duties and Import Taxes

For US orders, all duties and import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

For other international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are working to expand our duties-at-checkout service to more countries.

Orders over £100 / $130 will receive a complimentary DuPont™ Tyvek® Tote Bag.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress directly through the email notification we send to you.


Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase from PALETTE PROTOTYPE, but if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Policy

  • Returns Window: You can return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are based on the item price paid, minus any discounts applied at checkout. Original shipping costs and import duties/taxes paid at checkout (DDP) are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at customer@paletteprototype.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number(s) and photos of the item(s) showing they are in unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  2. Once approved, send your item(s) to:

  1. Send us your tracking number so we can follow the shipment.
  2. Once our warehouse confirms receipt and condition check, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please ensure all of the above requirements are met. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Failure to follow any of the return instructions, including correct customs declarations for international returns, may result in delays, deductions, or refusal of your refund.

 

International Return Shipping Instructions

If you are returning from outside the UK, please follow these steps carefully to avoid delays or deductions to your refund:

  1. Use a tracked shipping service. We are unable to process refunds for returns without proof of delivery.
  2. Address the parcel to "PALETTE PROTOTYPE Returns" (the word "Returns" must be included).
  3. On the customs declaration form, you must:
    • Select "Returned goods" as the shipment type
    • Write your order number(s)
    • Declare the item value and note "Returned merchandise, no commercial value"
  4. Send us the tracking number once shipped.

Any import duties, taxes or additional charges we incur as a result of incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at customer@paletteprototype.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the faulty/damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will assist you in resolving the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
